We love riches. Veryfriendly. We love tiffany. We ask for her every time we visit. She is so amazing. She makes us feel like we are family ,our children love her. We never feel like we are at a restaurant, we feel like we are in a home. And are welcome anytime. Thank you tiffany. 8/11/2019

Very affordably priced "diner" fare.
Rich's specializes in breakfast and lunch and isn't open late, but offers a decent selection of basic breakfasts (served all day) plus burgers and other simple sandwiches and entree platters. The vibe is extremely laid-back, and the wait staff are usually excellent: prompt, friendly, and able to answer just about any question about the menu. Even when the parking lot is packed, there's almost never a wait.
Experiencing Rich's is like a Waynedale time capsule. It's cheaper than IHOP, and definitely feels local. -

This is a lunch spot favorite! Breakfast food is fantastic. The burgers, club sandwich, and buffalo chicken salad are good! It's diner food with a relaxed casual atmosphere. It's nothing fancy but it is delicious and the staff walk by and refill your coffee frequently and are friendly as well. Would recommend!

I am giving Rich's Cafe a solid three stars.
I stopped in over the lunch hour after a suggestion from one of my coworkers. I was surprised by the size of the interior, as it was much bigger than it appeared from the outside. The inside had a diner like feel and was nothing spectacular but it was bright and had plenty of seating available. There were 6 of us and we were seated promptly.
Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us. The menu had a variety of options from all day breakfast, sandwiches, entrees and salads. I opted for the all day breakfast. I ordered the half and half, biscuit and friend potatoes covered in sausage gravy with two eggs on top. The food was good, but didn't blow me away. My only complaint was that the groups food all came out at different times and they never apologized for the inconvenience.
Overall, this was a good dining experience and I would return! -

This little nook reminds me of the places you see on Lifetime, where couple awkwardly meet and then somehow fall in love. The food was pretty basic and to the point with prices that don't break the bank... but be cautious! NOTHING I ate was seasoned. No salt no pepper not even a prayer. Long review made short... if you're looking for a place to take your grand parents to lunch or breakfast... this is the place for them! Upscale nursing home food at its finest! 40 and up friendly, family friendly senior citizen friendly. Not spectacular but hey it's a diner.
